Villa La Rafal es una fabulosa villa con vistas a la montaña, incluye toques de elegante diseño y confort, en piedra tallada y los mejores elementos, así como un excelente espacio al aire libre que lo convierte en un alojamiento de vacaciones perfecto.
La villa de estilo cabaña es de un solo nivel. La entrada a través de la sala de estar, a la que se accede directamente desde la gran terraza al aire libre, proporciona un buen grado de luz y calidez. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y equipos modernos que pueda necesitar para sus vacaciones. Disfruta de WIFI gratis ilimitado para su uso.
Al final del pasillo hay una habitación doble amplia y luminosa y otra habitación con dos camas individuales. Un baño de diseño de piedra natural se encuentra en esta área.
Todas las habitaciones incluyen aire acondicionado frío/calor. De acuerdo con las iniciativas locales de ahorro de energía, la villa tiene programado el aire acondicionado en todas las unidades desde las 21:00 hasta las 8:00 y de 14:00 a 16:00.
Desde las puertas de la sala de estar se abren a la terraza, ideal para salir a cenar por la noche con fácil acceso a la piscina y a la zona para tomar el sol. También hay una barbacoa de piedra local, perfecta para disfrutar del aire libre.

La piscina está hecha con un diseño moderno con efecto naturale, agua de baja profundidad y sal purificada, por lo que está en línea con una salud integral.
Villa La Rafal está situada en una gran parcela rodeada de setos, plantas y arbustos con hermosos jardines y plantas con flores en el perímetro.
En una ubicación fabulosa, a solo veinte minutos a pie del centro de Pollensa en el campo, esta villa es ideal para aquellos que no desean conducir por todas partes.
Villa La Rafal se encuentra en la zona del valle de Colonya en Pollensa, con montañas en el fondo y el pueblo cerca de él. Desde aquí se puede caminar al centro de Pollensa (20 min) donde encontrará una variedad de cafés, restaurantes y bares que el pueblo tiene para ofrecer, desde tapas locales hasta restaurantes elegantes y caros, así como tiendas y otros restaurantes tradicionales y negocios actuales.
La ciudad está sumergida en la historia y esto es evidente en todos lados, desde la Iglesia de la Plaza Mayor y los bellos paisajes del Calvario. El mercado dominical es especialmente colorido con frutas, verduras, nueces y especias locales.
Hay varios supermercados de fácil acceso distribuidos en la ciudad.

The accommodation was clean and everything internally worked, except one of the air con units which wasn’t a biggy for us but we reported it to Owl.The pool and patios were clean and in good condition. As previously stated by other users, the outdoor furniture is dated and needs replacing, in fact one of the loungers broke whilst we were there.
It’s around 22 mins walk to the town centre. Old Pollença was as fabulous as usual. Owl were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp Would recommend La Rafal and would use again. |

A very nice finca with a modern touch. Swimming pool to Die for. Fantastic view. All you need to cook and washing. It feels like home. A big thank you to Claudia and the Owlbooking Team who assisst us.

Everything about the villa was truly spectacular. The villa itself is of extremely high quality, the grounds are gorgeous and the pool area so relaxing. The villa is perfectly located just under a mile from Pollenca village and 10-15 minutes drive tover más

The villa is perfectly located just under a mile from Pollenca village and 10-15 minutes drive to Pollenca port. I can't recommend the villa itself and Owl Booking highly enough.

Great holiday. Fantastic setting, great pool area, indoor facilities very good, communication with owl brilliant. Minor negatives are patio area and the area between the grass and patio both need maintenance.
