Finca La Rafal ist eine fabelhafte Finca mit Blick auf die Berge, mit einem Hauch von elegantem Design und Komfort, viele Elemente mit Steinfassade, sowie einen ausgezeichneten Aussenbereich, die Sie zu einem perfekten Urlaubsunterkunft macht.
Die Finca im Landhausstil befindet sich auf einer Ebene. Der Eingang durch das Wohnzimmer, das direkt von der großen Außenterrasse betreten wird, gibt ein gutes Maß an Licht und Wärme. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen modernen Utensilien und Geräten, die Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen. Zusätzlich bietet die Finca eine unbegrenzte kostenlose WLAN-Nutzung.
Im Flur befindet sich ein helles und luftiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Bad aus Naturstein befindet sich in diesem Bereich.
Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage für warme und kalte Luft ausgestattet. Im Einklang mit lokalen Energieeinsparungsinitiativen verfügt die Villa über zeitgesteuerte Klimaanlagen für alle Einheiten von 21 Uhr bis 8 Uhr und von 14 Uhr bis 16 Uhr.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus öffnen sich die Türen auf die Terrasse, ideal zum Ausgehen bei Nacht mit einfachem Zugang zum Pool und zur Liegewiese. Es gibt auch einen lokalen Steingrill, perfekt um die Natur zu genießen.
Von hier aus bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf das Tal und einige der Berge der Sierra de Tramuntana, eine inspirierende Landschaft, um den Tag zu beginnen!

Lovely private villa, walkable to old town and local restaurants and shops. Pool area amazing and all pool furniture is new as promised, due to previous complaints.

The accommodation was clean and everything internally worked, except one of the air con units which wasn’t a biggy for us but we reported it to Owl.The pool and patios were clean and in good condition. As previously stated by other users, the outdoor furniture is dated and needs replacing, in fact one of the loungers broke whilst we were there.
It’s around 22 mins walk to the town centre. Old Pollença was as fabulous as usual. Owl were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp Would recommend La Rafal and would use again. |

We had such a wonderful stay at LA RAfal. The villa and gardens and pool are stunning and the views are incredible. Amazing location too for getting to pollensa but still very relaxed and quiet. Thank you 🤩

Everything about the villa was truly spectacular. The villa itself is of extremely high quality, the grounds are gorgeous and the pool area so relaxing. The villa is perfectly located just under a mile from Pollenca village and 10-15 minutes drive tomehr anzeigen
