Bedrooms were comfortable and the top floor bedroom is amazing

There were seven of staying a week in the villa The space was amazing and each bedroom having en suite facilities was fantastic. Having a garage was essential as the street was very narrow. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Square ver más
There were seven of staying a week in the villa The space was amazing and each bedroom having en suite facilities was fantastic. Having a garage was essential as the street was very narrow. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Square where all the restaurants were. All in all a fantastic villa which we will be happy to book again .

The only little thing you could improve was to have a couple of sun chairs , I know we had plenty loungers, However there were three people in their 70/80’s As the loungers were low, The pool is small, we knew that before we came . That is only a smver más

We stayed at Villa Alvarez in the middle of May. It is a dream for cyclists - it has it's own garage for storage, with easy access to the main roads to Port Pollenca and the mountains. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a small shop and bakery right next door for all the essentials. Just Perfect! The Villa was very clean, well laid out and is a short walk from the main parts of Pollenca. Owl Bookings were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They communicated quickly and helpfully through the booking process and during our stay.
