The location was perfect only 5 mins walk from the bottom of the Calvari steps and another couple of minutes to the main plaza. I can highly recommend this villa for a large family who would rather not have a car.

The wooden decking around the swimming pool is getting very tired and is starting to cone away, so would be good to get this repaired. Also a parasol for some more shade at the hottest times of the day in thw pool area would be useful.

More shade on the terrace and by the pool - a mobile umbrella/parasol. More soft seating in the living room for the 8-9 people in the Villa. Upgrade the washing machine. More hangers in the rooms for clothes. Air con is very noisy on the top floor anmehr anzeigen

Amazing villa with loss of space and great amenities. The location is perfect, with a short walk into the centre of Pollensa old town, minutes from the steps we loved it. Great service by Owl booking who have been fantastic and accommodating throughomehr anzeigen

The accommodation is excellent and full value for money
As stated a 2 minute walk to the town centre
Bedrooms were comfortable and the top floor bedroom is amazing
Very comfortable accommodation and kitchen has everything you need

There were seven of staying a week in the villa The space was amazing and each bedroom having en suite facilities was fantastic. Having a garage was essential as the street was very narrow. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Square mehr anzeigen

The only little thing you could improve was to have a couple of sun chairs , I know we had plenty loungers, However there were three people in their 70/80’s As the loungers were low, The pool is small, we knew that before we came . That is only a smmehr anzeigen

Beautiful Villa in the heart of Pollenca old town

We stayed at Villa Alvarez in the middle of May. It is a dream for cyclists - it has it's own garage for storage, with easy access to the main roads to Port Pollenca and the mountains. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a mehr anzeigen
We stayed at Villa Alvarez in the middle of May. It is a dream for cyclists - it has it's own garage for storage, with easy access to the main roads to Port Pollenca and the mountains. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a small shop and bakery right next door for all the essentials. Just Perfect! The Villa was very clean, well laid out and is a short walk from the main parts of Pollenca. Owl Bookings were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They communicated quickly and helpfully through the booking process and during our stay.
