In this area, there's also a bathroom and an outdoor toilet for your convenience.
On the same floor, you'll find a new, modern, American-style kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils you need for your vacation. Open the large sliding doors of the kitchen to connect it with the pool area and enjoy outdoor living during the summer months.
On the first floor, there's a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a private terrace perfect for sunbathing. The villa has all the equipment and utensils you need and has a small shop and bakery right next door for all the essentials. Just Perfect! The Villa was very clean, well laid out and is a short walk from the main parts of Pollenca. Owl Bookings were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. They communicated quickly and helpfully through the booking process and during our stay.
