Villa Can Francisco is a welcoming four-bedroom villa set in a quiet area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, offering pleasant mountain views and a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families. Its location allows easy access to the historic centre of Pollensa and the beaches and seafront of Puerto Pollensa, all just a few minutes’ drive away.
A leafy pergola frames the entrance, creating a fresh and inviting arrival. Inside, a bright and spacious layout opens with a dining area to the left and a comfortable lounge to the right. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this ground floor, providing everything needed for convenient home-style cooking.
On the lower floor, you will find a bedroom with three single beds and a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the house offers two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower—plus a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with a shower.
The villa includes free Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning. The air conditioning operates on a fixed schedule from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 08:00, following local energy-saving guidelines. Unlimited use can be arranged for an extra cost.
Outdoors, Villa Can Francisco features a pleasant garden with lawn, palm trees, and shaded corners. The pool is secured with a safety fence, making it perfect for families, and the barbecue area provides a great setting for relaxed meals after a day at the beach.
The villa is 5 km from Pollensa's old town and 2 km from Puerto Pollensa, where you will find restaurants, cafés, shops, and water sports. Cala Sant Vicenç, with its clear coves and calm atmosphere, is also nearby. The surrounding area offers hiking routes, viewpoints, and a taste of authentic Mallorca.

The Villa was in a lovely location, our family loved the stay, accommodation perfect, very spacious. The swimming pool and garden made our stay very special.

A larger toaster , 4 slice toaster would be more suitable. (Only 2 slice). The glasses were different shapes and sizes, it would be nice to have one set of matching. A set of plastic platsee more

In der Haupt-Ferienzeit war die Finca (verständlicherweise) nicht gerade günstig. Zu Fuß ist es bei heißem Wetter doch etwas weit zum Strand (ca. 30 Min.), mit einem Fahrzeug aber kein Problem.
