Chalet Bocoris is a bright and welcoming villa located in the peaceful area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa. Its setting combines tranquillity with convenience, with the beach, shops, restaurants and cafés all within easy reach. It is an ideal choice for guests seeking a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere with everything close at hand.
Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural lane leading to the main entrance through a covered porch. From here, the surroundings offer mountain views and a pleasant, calm atmosphere. At the back of the house, a vine-covered terrace opens out towards the pool and connects through double patio doors to the spacious and bright living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with marble countertops, provides all the facilities needed for comfortable cooking during your stay. The property offers free wifi throughout.
The interior layout is practical and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second independent full bathroom. From the dining area, a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a safety gate is installed at the top, ideal for younger guests. This level features another double bedroom, a full bathroom in the hallway and a twin bedroom. The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day.
The outdoor areas are designed for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The pool, surrounded by flowers and plants, invites you to relax in the sun. Next to it, a brick-built barbecue with seating provides the perfect space for outdoor dinners or quiet meals in the shade.
The villa is well-located for visiting both Pollença and Puerto Pollensa. In Pollença, you can explore its traditional market, local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural points of interest. Puerto Pollensa beach is ideal for sunbathing or trying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Only a short drive away, Cala Sant Vicenç offers crystal-clear coves, small restaurants and a supermarket, completing a perfect selection of local amenities.

It was all great for us, but I imagine some visitors might be helped by the main patio doors being refurbished/oiled (made easier to open). The water is incredibly hot - which we loved - but we were surprised it isn't (legally) regulated?

The downstairs bedroom door seems like it's near to jamming and trapping someone inside! Some of the shower outflows get 'stuck' periodically - and cause flooding. |

Needs more storage space in kitchen - there was nowhere for us to put packaged food we bought.

Regarding the basic supplies, some of these items are already included in the welcome pack, which has been recently updated to offer more useful things. At the same time, we always recommend doing a supermarket purchase at the beginning of the stay to have everything you may need for the rest of your holidays. The idea of adding more storage space in the kitchen is certainly a very good suggestion, and we will look into it. We will also review the air conditioning unit to ensure it works more quietly. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

The villa is absolutely lovely. Only thing to suggest is potentially have some door mats, and maybe bathroom mats, just to help pick up moisture/dust when coming in from outside.. and showers.
