Once you’re in the lobby… At the right, you will find an open living room along with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy family time, either if you prefer to eat inside or outside at the terrace, everything is set to make you feel at home!
Let´s continue the welcoming tour to Villa Mir! Back at the lobby, at your left, there is a corridor that distributes the three modern spacious bedrooms, all comfortably furnished to receive you with friends and family. There is WIFI at no additional cost. Moreover, Villa Mir’s functional architecture allows each room to have its own full bathroom and independent access to the pool and garden.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
Once you are settled, enjoy the brightness and the landscape that offers the quiet garden of Villa Mir, do not forget the sunscreen before spending the whole day relaxing by the

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. The finca rfelects the pictures 100%. Wonderful, clean, modern and bright interiors. Fantastic outside terrace and luxury pool. We spent 2 weeks in the finca and we felt so well. The kids loved it as well.

Der Pool sowie der Aussenbereich ist sehr großzügig und ansprechend.

Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist diese Finca sehr praktisch, vor allem der Aussenbereich bietet eine ideale Spielfläche. |

Wenn man die Finca für zwei Wochen mietet, wäre eine Reinigung durch eine Reinigungskraft sicherlich sinnvoll.
Auch wäre eine Aufstockung der vorhandenen Sonnenschirme im Aussenbereich auf mindestens 2 Schirme sinnvoll.
Ebenfalls würden wir eine kurzsee more

Die Villa Mir ist eine moderne, luxuriöse und sehr gut eingerichtete Finca. Die helle und geräumige Küche, das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, die großen mit viel Stauraum versehenen Schlafräume und die luxuriösen Badezimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auf desee more
Die Villa Mir ist eine moderne, luxuriöse und sehr gut eingerichtete Finca. Die helle und geräumige Küche, das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, die großen mit viel Stauraum versehenen Schlafräume und die luxuriösen Badezimmer ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge haben wir jede Mahlzeit genossen. Der sehr moderne Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Die Villa Mir befindet sich auf einem etwa 14.000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand, wie Oliven-, Zitronen-, Orangen-, Feigen- und Johnannisbrotbäumen. Durch die ruhige Lage der Villa Mir und die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge ist eine absolute Entspannung garantiert. Jedoch ist man in wenigen Autominuten in den Städten Pollença und Alcudia sowie an verschiedenen Stränden (Cala San Vincente, Platja de Muro und Platja de Port d’Alcudia). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Mir verbracht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Familie Mir (Eigentümer) für die herzliche Betreuung und die schmackhafte Coca de Trampó. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
