Can Demana is a welcoming single-storey property set in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, just a 10-minute drive from the picturesque town of Pollença. Surrounded by nature and enjoying impressive mountain views, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, combining privacy, comfort and plenty of outdoor leisure options.
The entrance leads straight into the living room, a rustic space with wooden beams and stone walls that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It features comfortable sofas, a SMART TV and free wifi—perfect for unwinding, reading or enjoying a quiet moment after a day out.
From the living room, three steps lead up to the open-plan kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities you need to cook comfortably during your stay. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace and, on one side, to a practical laundry room.
At the far end of the living room you’ll find the master bedroom, spacious and bright, with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Across the living area, a small hallway leads to the other two bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, both equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower located in the hallway.
All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of year.
The outdoor area is one of the property’s greatest highlights. It features a private swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong table, jacuzzi, mini golf and trampoline, offering entertainment for all ages. There is also a double Balinese bed and several sun loungers to relax in the sunshine while enjoying the natural surroundings.
From the kitchen, you can step out onto a pleasant terrace with a chill-out area and open mountain views. In the garden, you’ll also find a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with chairs—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco in a relaxed Mediterranean setting.
The location is perfect for guests looking for tranquillity without being far from local amenities. Pollença offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and traditional shops, as well as its well-known Sunday market. You can also visit Puerto de Pollença or Cala San Vicente, with their beaches and water activities. A car is necessary and recommended to explore the area comfortably.

Owl Booking war wie immer absolut spitze!! Kleinere Reklamationen wurden sofort und umgehend behoben, das kennen wir auch nicht anders von Owl Booking.
Die Poolreinigungen könnten besser sein. Der Whirlpool wird eigtl nur mit Chemie übergossen und see more

Die Poolreinigungen könnten besser sein. Der Whirlpool wird eigtl nur mit Chemie übergossen und der große Pool wurde leider nie gereinigt( oder wir waren nicht da, das kann vllt sein.) Ansonsten, alles top! Auch der Eigentümer sehr freundlich. Wenn er kam, hatte er sich aber nie angekündigt, so wie es im Paper steht. Er stand immer plötzlich am Whirpool. War uns aber egal. Alles in allem würden wir Immer wiederkommen und vor allem ausnahmslos und immer wieder über Owl Booking buchen. Fantastisch organisiert. Danke! |

Da wir leider eine ungeplante sehr späte Anreise hatten, haben wir uns wirklich sehr über das Welcome Package gefreut! Ein kleinerer Schaden wurde umgehend repariert. Das Wasser der Pools wurde mehrfach kontrolliert, was ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Das Owl Booking Team hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Uns hat die gesamte Gartenanlage mit den diversen Spielmöglichkeiten und der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Auch dass man mitten in der Natur ist. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
