Chalet Els Rafals is an exclusive traditional Mallorcan chalet, located in an idyllic setting in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Elegant in style and distributed over two floors, this spacious rustic chalet is perfect for a holiday in a unique and charming environment. Upon entering, guests find a large living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities, ideal for maximum comfort during the stay. In the same area, there is a second lounge with satellite TV and international channels, as well as free high-quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those who wish to stay connected while surrounded by nature.

The ground floor includes the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a cozy lounge, and a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The walls are decorated with works from a private art gallery, adding a special touch to the atmosphere. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Continuing along the corridor, guests find another charming double bedroom with mountain views and private bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor, there is a twin bedroom with a vintage style and a complete bathroom with shower. All bedrooms at Chalet Els Rafals are equipped with large fans and enjoy a pleasant summer climate thanks to the elevated mountain location.

The living room doors open onto a partially covered front terrace with a lounge and outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the stunning mountain views and countryside tranquility. From the terrace, there is access to the swimming pool and solarium, perfect for relaxing and immersing in nature. Next to the kitchen, there is a stone-built barbecue area with an outdoor dining space, ideal for alfresco dinners.

All bedrooms are fitted with hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning operates in all units from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The chalet offers exceptional views of the Serra de Tramuntana, a natural paradise of great beauty recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The mountains form a splendid backdrop, and the historic Fartaritx estate can also be seen. The area is ideal for walks and connecting with nature.

As is common in mountain areas, mobile phone signal may be limited; however, the chalet provides Wi-Fi connection, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility and privacy, with the option of staying connected whenever they wish.

From La Rafal Pollensa, where the chalet is located, the old town of Pollensa is just 5 km away by car. In the evenings, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities in the town and a rich gastronomic offer, from local tapas to fine dining. The historic town of Pollensa shows its charm in every corner. Its Sunday market is particularly picturesque, with local products such as fruit, vegetables, nuts, and spices.

A 20-minute drive away, Puerto Pollensa offers a wide variety of activities on land and at sea. Its bay is perfect for water sports; on the beach, guests can relax or, for the more adventurous, rent windsurfing boards, kayaks, sailing boats, or try water skiing and jet skiing. Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply “la Cala,” as locals call it) offers a small supermarket, several restaurants with diverse culinary options, and a few bars. This peaceful village has four coves and two main beaches, characterized by crystal-clear waters and spectacular views.
