All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more.

The entrance to the villa is directly into the kitchen and dining room area. Explore an open sun-drenched living room to discover an openly flowing floor plan, serene color scheme, an expansive living room, high ceilings, durable tile floors, and eat-in kitchen with large modern cabinetry with sleek hardware, a stainless-steel oven with matching a hood vent, dishwasher, solid surface cabinetry, attractive tile backsplash and dining area.

Looking inwards to the right there is a corridor, which goes to the first double room, with a generously sized accommodate with an abundance of comfort and style large, opposite, is the other double room with two beds, with a large closet to store clothes and lots of light. Between both rooms there is a full bathroom which has a contemporary style, rainfall showers and an elegant storage vanity. All bedrooms, kitchen and living room also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the Villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. There are also international channels for tv.

For additional adventure, travel south to Alcúdia for an exceptional old town, upscale restaurants at the port, and a popular waterpark.
The Sunday market in Pollensa, is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa Penasso is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.
