Villa March is a gorgeous Mallorcan Villa with private pool and nice mountain views, just a short walking distance to the historic town of Pollensa. It has been made use and kept the style of of local interiors and design. The well located Villa, with wide grass area, is all in one level and provides good holiday accommodation next to the center. Villa March enjoys unlimited free WIFI.
The entry to the Villa is directly into a welcome hall. From here there is access to the comfortable lounge and dining area. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday and to prepare nice meals for your loved ones.
From the entry hall you access to the nice bedroom area, the first one is a light and airy twin bed. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.
From the lounge, doors open onto a lovely veranda with wooden ceilings and BBQ, over viewing the pool and lawn area, great for outdoor dining and breakfast, with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also an exterior toilet and shower for enjoy the outdoor life as its best.
Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the tranquility of this stunning area sunbathing at the pool side or relax with a pleasant walk through the fantastic landscape of the residential area " La Font ", which this finca is part of.
Villa March is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges, plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.
In a great location, just 10 min walk to Pollensa Old Town along cozy streets, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere.
Villa March is situated in the La Font area of Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town in the front. From here you can walk to the center (10 min) at Pollença and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer, there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. Pollença is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort with beautiful beach and offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water. There is two large Supermarkets 10 min walk from the Villa, or 2 min drive.

The Villa was perfect for our family of 5 and we spent most of our time outside around the pool, or in the lovely covered seating area. We were pleasantly surprised at how much land and space were around the Villa.

The Villa is in a great location walkable to Pollenca old town and the supermarket. We only had a hire car for a few days of our stay and managed fine without, walking, using taxis or the local bus stop is just at the end of the road. Owl villas were super helpful, especially as we had originally booked for last year. We would definitely use again |

The location and quality of the accomodation was great, scenery was stunning and the pool was used a lot by all of us, we also played a lot of table tennis.
We ate every meal outside and used the BBQ which was nice, I wish I had one that big at hosee more

The only thing I would change would be to add aircon to the licing room, we never used this room as it was too hot, but then again it was in mid August so we were sat outside anyway.
