Villa Sion has a traditional Mallorcan style, offering impressive views of nature. Located in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença, a picturesque village between the sea and the mountains.
The house perfectly combines rustic charm with modernity and high quality of a recent construction. Ideal for large groups, the villa is equipped to satisfy all ages and preferences. Whether you enjoy a movie marathon, a refreshing dip in the pool or a great barbecue with family and friends, this villa has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and brightness. The living room, decorated with high-quality modern furniture, has access to a spacious terrace, while the wooden ceiling and contemporary and Mallorcan details create a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere.
The villa has five bedrooms, with capacity for up to 10 people. On the ground floor you will find three rooms with access to a sunny terrace, while on the first floor there are two more bedrooms. Two of the main bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the remaining three are elegant bedrooms with two single beds each.
All the rooms have air conditioning, programmed for use in accordance with local energy efficiency regulations: from 9 pm to 8 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm. This service is included at no additional cost. In addition, there is free wifi available in the villa so you can stay connected during your holidays.
Staying at Villa Sion will allow you to enjoy the authentic Mallorcan culture. Surrounded by lush trees and in an idyllic location, the villa offers you a complete immersion in the leisurely and charming pace of life in Mallorca.

We are a large family of 10 and we celebrate special occasions with big holidays that we can cherish. Some of us went to Pollensa 3 years ago, and we loved it so much we couldn't wait to bring the rest of the family back (we also used Owl Booking). Wsee more
We are a large family of 10 and we celebrate special occasions with big holidays that we can cherish. Some of us went to Pollensa 3 years ago, and we loved it so much we couldn't wait to bring the rest of the family back (we also used Owl Booking). We were impressed then but wow, we were more impressed this time round. What really stood out for us, was the friendly, welcoming service from the team. Nothing was too much to ask. They replied quickly to any requests or questions I had. All the pre information was really helpful, particularly, the 'local guide'.
Now to the villa itself. What a fantastic villa, the best one yet. The villa is very secluded which was perfect for us, as a family with 4 children who splashed and played in the pool every waking hour, we didn't have to worry about disturbing neighbours. The outdoor grounds were great - no slippery steps around the pool to worry about. Ping-pong table and large garden out the back was used often and loved by all. The interior was lovely and airy and one thing that stood out is that we never ran out of cutlery (believe it or not we have been to a few villas, and they have never had enough plates and glasses). That might sound a minor detail but things like that make a big difference. To conclude, it was a fantastic holiday and wonderful memories were made. I would use Owl Booking time and time again, the quality of the villas and commitment they show to their customers, is exemplary. Thank you! |
