Chalet Alqueria Alt is a charming Mallorcan villa with mountain views, situated within walking distance of the cafés and restaurants of Campanet and a short drive from the beach. The villa, decorated with local designs and elements, offers a traditional style and is divided into two levels, providing spacious and comfortable vacation accommodation.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and appliances you might need during your holiday. There is also a single bedroom with an extra bed for a second person and a full bathroom. Enjoy unlimited free WIFI during your stay.

On the first floor, there is a bright double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom in between. Additionally, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and excellent views of the pool and the mountains.

All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of the day or night, ensuring your maximum comfort.

From the kitchen, doors open to the north-facing front terrace, partially covered by a porch, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a large wooden table available near the pool, perfect for sunbathing. There is also a house built with local stone where you can cook on the barbecue.

You will enjoy views of the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Relax by the pool and in the sunbed area with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop. The villa is set on a large plot, partially protected by hedges, plants, and shrubs.

The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the center of the old town of Campanet, a small and cozy village on top of a hill. In this picturesque village, you will find a variety of cafés, traditional restaurants, bars, and many typical shops with cozy atmospheres and folklore. On Tuesdays, you can visit the outdoor market and find fresh produce.

Other points of interest in the town include the Campanet Caves, the natural water springs of Ufanes, and the Sant Miquel Chapel, one of the oldest on the island. The nearby Monnaber Nou Agrotourism offers a restaurant with incredible views.

There is a large supermarket located a 10-minute drive away.

The old town of Pollensa and the beach at Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby resorts, located a 20-minute drive from here. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also the same distance away.

This villa is perfect for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, thanks to the proximity of Campanet and its center. However, a car is recommended for those who like to explore, as there is much to discover around Chalet Alqueria Alt.
