This beautiful Mediterranean villa is a charming townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood of Cala Sant Vicenç, less than a 5-minute walk from its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. With a spacious terrace, bright décor in light tones, and a cozy atmosphere, it offers the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.
Casa Mediterránea Magdalena features a recently designed small pool, perfect for cooling off on summer days.
The house is laid out over two floors. On the upper floor, the main entrance opens into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for your holiday. The fireplace is decorative. In the hallway there are two bright and airy double bedrooms with a full bathroom between them. On the same floor, there is also a single bedroom with private access to the terrace, as well as an outdoor toilet with shower.
Outside, a staircase leads to the lower floor. Here you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional lounge with a small fridge and coffee maker for extra convenience. There is also a playroom designed for children.
All bedrooms, except for the single room on the lower floor, have hot/cold air conditioning available at any time of the day for maximum comfort.
The spacious terrace surrounding the house offers different areas to enjoy the outdoors: a barbecue on the veranda, perfect for family meals, and a solarium with fabulous mountain views.
The villa offers free unlimited WiFi and private parking. From here you can walk to the beach and, in the evening, discover the local restaurants and bars, famous for their fresh fish and seafood, as well as a wide range of gastronomy from Mallorcan cuisine to Italian specialties.
Cala San Vicente (Cala Sant Vicenç) is an attractive and more quiet resort, and still offer a good variety of activities like kayaking, diving and snorkeling, or just relax at the beautiful coves and beaches with extremely clean water and breath taking landscape.
Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
Puerto Pollensa is 10 min drive from Cala, a perfect place for a day out at the beach or visiting its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops.
There is a Supermarket near the house and a big grocery within 5 min drive.
In a great location, just 400m from the blue coves, is an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, although is also well-situated for exploring other resorts and picturesque inland villages.

The accommodation was perfect. As we had a long stay one or two problems cropped up and these were fixed straightaway. Nothing was too much trouble. We certainly hope we can come back next year.

As we were there for a number of weeks we obviously did quite a lot of self catering in the villa and the only thing we could think of might be a small microwave oven (not sure where it could fit though) and as we drink a lot of tea - a teapot!!! Thesee more

In light fact the sun beds are gone on the beach and there arnt any umbrellas available a beach pack would be good . A big sheet of some kind and a beach brolley. It’s just a nice touch . Especially for anyone with kids or one those sun tents . I knosee more
