The inviting private pool is set on the tiled terrace, overlooking the surrounding countryside and nice partial sea and mountain views..

In a quiet and charming street of Cala San Vicente, on a corner plot with plenty of street parking, there is the main entrance of Villa Estrella de Mar and the covered terrace with sitting area.
On ground floor you come into the inviting lounge and dining arey, a bright and sunflooded area equipped with a flat screen, Sofas,chairs, etc. There is a dining table with chairs, perfect for tasty holiday meals with family and friends. On the same level, there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom to share.
Going a few steps downstairs the laundry and a air conditioned bedroom with sleeping sofa and bath in suiete.
A few steps upstairs you will come into the fully equipped contemporary kitchen, with all modern appliances, perfect to prepare memorable dinners !
On the same floor there is a terrace with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast and quick lunches before going to the beach. One bedroom with bath en Suite will be on the same floor. All other bedrooms, all brigthly furnished with amply storage space in fitted wardrobes.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units in the bedrooms from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.
All 4 levels of the Villa are easy to access and guarentee a good privacy for all guests.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

Stayed here in 2022 - it was so perfect for our requirements I was rather desperate to get it booked again for our 2023 trip. Four guys and their bikes fit perfectly into this spacious, well equipped villa - that’s a room each btw - no sharing of twisee more

Four guys and their bikes fit perfectly into this spacious, well equipped villa - that’s a room each btw - no sharing of twin rooms but if sharing is your thing the villa will take 7 comfortably (3 twins and one in the basement room ) - I think 9 would be a real stretch. Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood well served by local shops and a great restaurant (Poli) and Bar Mallorca - there are other one or two places but we stuck to these. There is also a regular bus service to Pollenca.

Les deux douches débordent rapidement donc il y a de l’eau partout dans la salle de bains. On a finalement utilisé la douche qui est dans la baignoire.
Peut-être prévenir les clients, avant leur arrivée, qu’il n’y a pas de papier-toilette, poivre, ssee more

Brand new villa with a nice mediterranean design. Spacious terraces around, great views from the pool area towards the sea and mountains. Good bbq for the evenings. We really enjoyed it here.
