Villa Estrella de Mar is a charming Mediterranean villa, completely renovated, with 3 bedrooms and a fabulous location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offering a delightful selection of bars and restaurants. The private pool overlooks the coastline, peeking above the roof and treetops. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this wonderful setting.
The cozy private pool is situated on the tiled terrace, overlooking the surrounding countryside and offering lovely partial views of the sea and mountains. There is ample space with sun loungers for you to relax while enjoying the Mediterranean sun, and a seating area with a barbecue that is a fantastic spot for outdoor dining.
In a quiet and charming street in Cala San Vicente, on a corner plot with plenty of on-street parking, you'll find the main entrance of Villa Estrella de Mar and the covered terrace with a sitting area.
There is a dining area with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofas, and chairs. On the same level, there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
A few steps up, you'll find the fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing memorable dinners! On the same floor, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast and quick lunches before heading to the beach. Also on this floor is a room with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are furnished with built-in wardrobes to store all your belongings. The villa includes complimentary WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected.

Any small issues I had while at the villa (a faulty door handle) was dealt with very promptly. The information I received about the villa and the location was also excellent. The villa itself was excellent and great for us, a family of 5 (teenagers). The terrace roof was great and a lovely view of the sea and the cliffs. We never used Owl Booking before but are already thing of where we go next with them! |

The Villa works perfectly for my group. We take a room each (we’re non sharers). In previous years there has been an additional room downstairs which could accommodate a 4th person and which we made use as a 4th bedroom of (in previous years). This ysee more
The Villa works perfectly for my group. We take a room each (we’re non sharers). In previous years there has been an additional room downstairs which could accommodate a 4th person and which we made use as a 4th bedroom of (in previous years). This year that room was locked which made our sleeping arrangements for 4 a little more complicated. We made use of the open area downstairs as a 4th bedroom but that wasn’t ideal. The rest of the villa is perfect for our needs. It’s well equipped, very spacious and brilliantly located. It’s a great villa but we may have to look elsewhere to accommodate our 4th person next year. We’re all a bit saddened by that as this villa has become a real home from home.

Four guys and their bikes fit perfectly into this spacious, well equipped villa - that’s a room each btw - no sharing of twin rooms but if sharing is your thing the villa will take 7 comfortably (3 twins and one in the basement room ) - I think 9 would be a real stretch. Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood well served by local shops and a great restaurant (Poli) and Bar Mallorca - there are other one or two places but we stuck to these. There is also a regular bus service to Pollenca.

Les deux douches débordent rapidement donc il y a de l’eau partout dans la salle de bains. On a finalement utilisé la douche qui est dans la baignoire.
Peut-être prévenir les clients, avant leur arrivée, qu’il n’y a pas de papier-toilette, poivre, ssee more
