The house combines comfort and spaciousness in a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the warmest months. It also offers free Wi-Fi with a fibre-optic connection, perfect for staying always connected.

All bedrooms and the living room include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The bright living room, with satellite TV and air conditioning, has direct access to the outside and provides a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy with family or friends.

On this same level, there is also a double bedroom. The upper floor features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower; another with two single beds; and a third bedroom with two single beds plus an extra bed, ideal for families with children. On this level there is also a second full bathroom, also with separate bathtub and shower.

All bedrooms and the living room include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

From the ground floor you can access the garage, where you will find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower, and a ping-pong table to enjoy fun moments with the family.

Outside, Villa Can Gaya offers two areas with tables and chairs: one next to the pool, perfect for sunny breakfasts, and another at the back, accessible from the living room and kitchen, ideal for outdoor dinners. You can park comfortably in front of the house, although the garage is used as a games and laundry area. The property does not have a barbecue.
