Chalet Romeu, est un fantastique chalet de trois chambres. Cette belle villa dispose d'une grande piscine privée, d'un magnifique espace extérieur avec de beaux jardins pleins d'arbres et de plantes et une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. De cette façon, le Chalet Romeu allie la tranquillité d'un cadre rural charmant et à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Pollença. Wifi gratuit inclus.
L'espace extérieur de Chalet Romeu sont parfaits pour nager ou bronzer. Les tables et les chaises sont ombragées par le soleil avec la terrasse couverte et l'espace barbecue près invite à la détente ou au dîner en plein air, avec une vue fantastique sur les montagnes.
Le salon espagnol traditionnel mène à la cuisine entièrement équipée, de style américain. Deux zones de sièges confortables avec table et chaises sont idéales pour un dîner ou un déjeuner au printemps ou en automne.
La Chalet Romeu dispose de trois chambres confortables, chacune reprenant le thème de Majorque avec ses hauts plafonds avec poutres apparentes. Les deux chambres à coucher jumelles ont une salle de bain, tandis que la chambre double offre une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation réversible (chaud/froid). Pour améliorer votre confort, elles sont disponibles pour être utilisées à tout moment, de jour comme de nuit.
Dans un excellent emplacement, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Pollença, ils font du Chalet Romeu une option idéale pour profiter d'une pause détente.
À Pollença, vous trouverez des boutiques, un centre culturel, son marché, des restaurants, des cafés et des bars. Les magasins traditionnels et les églises sont également présents dans cette ville historique. Profitez de l'environnement le soir et participez à ses activités. Le dimanche, un marché de producteurs locaux est situé sur la place principale, où les légumes, les fruits et les épices locaux sont abondants.
La plage de Puerto Pollensa est idéale pour se détendre au soleil ou pour les plus actifs, pratiquer des sports nautiques comme le kayak, la planche à voile ou le jet ski.
À Cala Sant Vicenç (ou tout simplement Cala commes il est connu par les habitants), il y a un mini-marché, plusieurs petits restaurants offrant une variété d'expériences culinaires et même quelques bars. Die Villa Romeu ist der ideale Ort, um in ruhiger Natur, mit Blick in's Grüne und die Berge der Tramuntana am Pool oder der grossen schattigen Terrasse auszuspannen. Der erste Eindruck ist Abgeschiedenheit, doch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, Formentor, Alcudia oder in der Tramuntana. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Erholungs- oder relaxten Erlebnisurlaub auf Mallorca braucht. Ein Auto/Mietwagen ist leider zwingend erforderlich, um die Hotspots zu erreichen und auch für die Ver- und Entsorgung (Müll).

Cots and high chairs provided for our 2 little ones. Being all on one level they had plenty of space to crawl around. The covered patio was great for outdoor eating. Shade from the sun and also the rain! Have no hesitation on recommending it and also owl villas who we will use again if we return to this area.

Villa Romeu was lovely. The villa was very nice, lots of space inside, very comfy beds and good kitchen items. The fridge/freezer actually broke down but Owl got in touch with owner and he said what time he get a new one and he arrived at the time he said and the new fridge was up and running very quickly. The garden was beautiful and the poor was great. It was lovely to sit outside having meals and looking up and seeing the Puig Maria mountain right next to the villa - amazing. It was a 20 minute walk using a cut through right outside the villa, great for getting in and out of P0llenca Town and working off the lovely food eaten there. Owl were great all the way through and I highly recommend them. The incredible mountains all around Pollenca are stunning and we will be back

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Romeu. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben… viel Platz und für 6 Personen sehr ausreichend. Der Pool ist toll, auch wenn wir ihn leider nicht richtig nutzen konnten, weil es noch zu kühl war. Wir haben einenplus

Wir haben einen grossen Willkommenskorb bekommen… mit allem nötigen, was man für ein Ankunft benötigt (Wasser, Wein und verschiedene Snacks). Die Lage ist prima um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
