Chalet Romeu, es un fantástico Chalet de tres dormitorios. Este bello chalet cuenta con una gran piscina privada, una magnífica zona exterior de hermosos jardines llenos de arboles y plantas y unas increibles vistas a la montaña . Chalet Romeu combina de esta manera la tranquilidad de un encantador entorno rural y a tan solo unos minutos caminando del casco antiguo de Pollensa. Wifi gratuito incluido.
El espacio exterior de Chalet Romeu es perfecto para disfrutar de un baño o tomar el sol. Las mesas y sillas están protegidas del sol con la terraza cubierta y la zona de barbacoa al lado invita a relajarse o cenar "al aire libre", con fantásticas vistas a la montaña. La piscina privada es ideal para niños, ya que cuenta con una bajada perfecta y suave.
La sala de estar tradicional española conduce a la cocina totalmente equipada, en estilo americano. Dos cómodas áreas de descanso con mesa y sillas son perfectas para disfrutar de una cena o almuerzo en primavera u otoño.
Chalet Romeu tiene tres cómodas habitaciones, cada una de ellas con el tema de Mallorca con techos altos con vigas. Las dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño, mientras que la habitación doble ofrece un baño con bañera / ducha.
Todas las habitaciones incluyen aire acondicionado frío/calor. Para mejorar su comodidad, están disponibles para ser utilizadas en cualquier momento del día y de la noche.
En una excelente ubicación, a tan solo 10 minutos caminando del casco antiguo de Pollensa, hacen de Chalet Romeu una opción ideal para disfrutar un descanso relajante.
En Pollença encontrarás tiendas, un centro cultural, el mercado de pollença, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. Las tiendas tradicionales y las iglesias también están presentes en esta ciudad histórica. Disfruta del ambiente por la tarde y participa en sus actividades. Los domingos hay un mercado local de agricultores en la plaza principal donde abundan las verduras, frutas y especias locales.
La playa de Puerto Pollensa es perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol, o para los más activos, disfrutar de deportes acuáticos como kayak, windsurf o moto acuática.
En Cala Sant Vicenç (o simplemente Cala, como es conocido por los lugareños) hay un pequeño supermercado, varios restaurantes pequeños que ofrecen una variedad de experiencias gastronómicas e incluso un par de bares. Der erste Eindruck ist Abgeschiedenheit, doch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, Formentor, Alcudia oder in der Tramuntana. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Erholungs- oder relaxten Erlebnisurlaub auf Mallorca braucht. Ein Auto/Mietwagen ist leider zwingend erforderlich, um die Hotspots zu erreichen und auch für die Ver- und Entsorgung (Müll).

Cots and high chairs provided for our 2 little ones. Being all on one level they had plenty of space to crawl around. The covered patio was great for outdoor eating. Shade from the sun and also the rain! Have no hesitation on recommending it and also owl villas who we will use again if we return to this area.

Villa Romeu was lovely. The villa was very nice, lots of space inside, very comfy beds and good kitchen items. The fridge/freezer actually broke down but Owl got in touch with owner and he said what time he get a new one and he arrived at the time he said and the new fridge was up and running very quickly. The garden was beautiful and the poor was great. It was lovely to sit outside having meals and looking up and seeing the Puig Maria mountain right next to the villa - amazing. It was a 20 minute walk using a cut through right outside the villa, great for getting in and out of P0llenca Town and working off the lovely food eaten there. Owl were great all the way through and I highly recommend them. The incredible mountains all around Pollenca are stunning and we will be back

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Romeu. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben… viel Platz und für 6 Personen sehr ausreichend. Der Pool ist toll, auch wenn wir ihn leider nicht richtig nutzen konnten, weil es noch zu kühl war. Wir haben einen grossen Willkommenskorb bekommen… mit allem nötigen, was man für ein Ankunft benötigt (Wasser, Wein und verschiedene Snacks). Die Lage ist prima um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
