Chalet Sedes es un encantador chalet mallorquín con bonitas vistas a la montaña, situado en una zona especialmente tranquila, a pocos minutos a pie de la Reserva Natural de Ses Fonts Ufanes. Aquí podrá desconectar del ritmo diario y disfrutar de unos días de descanso en plena naturaleza, ya sea en familia o con amigos.
Al entrar en la casa, encontrará un espacio abierto y muy luminoso que integra la cocina con el salón-comedor. El ambiente mantiene un agradable estilo rústico, con techos altos, vigas de madera vistas y paredes blancas que aportan frescura y amplitud. La cocina está completamente equipada y le ofrece todas las facilidades para cocinar cómodamente durante sus vacaciones, con espacio y utensilios pensados para el día a día.
El salón dispone de cómodos sofás y un televisor Smart, ideal para relajarse tras una jornada de excursiones, ver una película o leer con tranquilidad. Además, hay wifi gratis en toda la casa.
El chalet dispone de 4 dormitorios, distribuidos de forma práctica para familias o grupos. Junto a la cocina, a la derecha, encontrará un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Enfrente se ubica una habitación con una cama de 1,35 m, pensada para uso individual. Además, la casa cuenta con otro dormitorio individual, ideal para quien busque un espacio más tranquilo e independiente. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama de matrimonio y un baño en suite con bañera, perfecto para mayor comodidad durante su estancia.
Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado frío/calor. De acuerdo con iniciativas locales de ahorro energético, el aire acondicionado de los dormitorios está programado de 21:00 a 08:00. En el salón, el aire acondicionado funciona de 08:00 a 21:00.
Desde la cocina-comedor, una puerta conduce a la terraza, parcialmente cubierta con techo de cañizo, perfecta para desayunar o disfrutar de comidas al aire libre. En el exterior también encontrará una zona de lavandería y una gran barbacoa de obra, además de una barbacoa portátil para cocinar donde prefiera.
La casa destaca por sus detalles de piedra y por su piscina privada con vistas abiertas al paisaje. La piscina está vallada, lo que la convierte en una opción cómoda para familias con niños, y alrededor hay hamacas para tomar el sol y descansar. El uso del coche es recomendable, y dispone de mucho espacio exterior para aparcar.
Chalet Sedes se encuentra a unos minutos de Ses Fonts Ufanes, a poca distancia en coche de las Cuevas de Campanet y del pueblo de Campanet, donde podrá encontrar cafeterías, restaurantes tradicionales, bares y tiendas locales. Si le apetece una excursión, el casco antiguo de Pollença y las playas de Puerto de Alcudia quedan a unos 20 minutos en coche; Puerto Pollença y Playa de Muro también se sitúan a una distancia similar.

Man kann zu Fuß von dort aus zu den Höhlen von Campanet oder in das Gebiet von Ses Fonts Ufanes wandern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in Sa Pobla und die Strände von Pollenca oder die Pver más
Es ist eine Tolle Finca am Rand der Sierra Tramuntana.
Man kann zu Fuß von dort aus zu den Höhlen von Campanet oder in das Gebiet von Ses Fonts Ufanes wandern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in Sa Pobla und die Strände von Pollenca oder die Playa Muro sind auch nur relativ wenige Autominuten entfernt. Man benötigt natürlich unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Was übrigens in der Beschreibung nirgendwo aufgeführt ist: Das Haus hat einen Smart TV da bei der guten W-LAN-Anbindung auch sehr gut funktioniert. |

Can Sedes ist eine sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist toll und die frischen Zitronen und Orangen aus dem Garten sind der Hammer.
Die Betreuung durch Owlbooking war sehr professionell.
Wir kommen bestimmt wiederver más
