The living room is tradtionally furnished with a beamed ceiling and a bricked fireplace, as well as comfortable sofas and a flatscreen with international channels, the dining area will be byside. The living area leads to the fully equipped kitchen, with a small breakfast breakfast table and chairs.
This charming villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 light and airy with ample storage space and one double bedroom. All bedrooms share the facilities of 2 bathrooms, one with the shower the other one with bathtub.
From January 2023 Villa Salas has air conditioning/heating at no extra cost in the three bedrooms. The air conditioners are open, so they can be used at any time.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, ensure all windows and doors are closed when using the air conditioning and turn it off when outside the villa.
Do not use temperatures below 20 degrees for cooling, as high humidity can cause ice to form inside the device and damage it.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
