Villa Xanet Abaix, is a spacious and beautiful stone built villa located in the countryside between Pollensa town and Alcudia.
Our beautiul Villa Xanet Abaix have a stunning outside space, the private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm, lawn area and a BBQ. A large shaded terrace provides relax from the hot sun whilst looking across the pool with breathtaking views to the Serra de Tramuntana. The patio doors lead inside to the lounge, to the comfortable dining area and fully equiped kitchen with all mod cons for a relaxing stay. Terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and the combination of cool, white washed walls with stone build elements provide a relaxing holiday atmosphere whilst air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures comfortable evenings.

All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more.
All 4 bedrooms, are beautiful furnished, with traditional Majorcan decor and details and are located on the first floor. Totally there are 2 bedrooms with twin bed, and 2 with double bed. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the others on the first floor. All bedrooms provide air conditioning.
Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the tranquility of this stunning area sunbathing at the pool side or relax with a pleasant walk through the fantastic landscape of this beautiful area.
In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
Villa Xanet Abaix is only a short drive to the fantastic restaurants and shops of each resort whilst the beaches and more touristic amenities of Puerto Pollensa are also within easy reach.

We were impressed when driving and saw the villa in the distance. Nice two floors house made with stones. The garden is very nice, and there are plenty of space for kids to play. House very clean and like in the photos. Very good relaxing time with fsee more

- Nette, schnelle und zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Wir waren dankbar vor und während des Aufenthalts immer einen Ansprechpartner, Tipps sowie das Guidebook zu haben.
- Alles super sauber bei Ankunft
- Trotz der Nähe zur Straße eine ruhige Lage, kesee more
- Nette, schnelle und zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Wir waren dankbar vor und während des Aufenthalts immer einen Ansprechpartner, Tipps sowie das Guidebook zu haben.
- Alles super sauber bei Ankunft - Trotz der Nähe zur Straße eine ruhige Lage, keine Nachbarn, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Super zum Entspannen. - Guter Ausgangspunkt im die Insel und insbesondere den Norden zu erkunden. - Der tolle Grill war für uns ein super Pluspunkt. - Toller Pool, der auch noch regelmäßig gereinigt wurde - Tischtennisplatte - Genug Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten - Nächster Supermarkt nur 10 Minuten entfernt - 2 Bäder (leider reicht das warme Wasser nicht immer für alle, das war aber nicht schlimm) - Badetücher und Handtücher wurden gestellt - Willkommenskorb mit den Basics war sehr hilfreich - Parkplätze - Check-in mit Codebox, plus zusätzliche Begrüßung am nächsten Morgen |
