La Villa Can Pou est un charmant chalet de plain-pied situé à seulement cinq minutes en voiture de Puerto Pollença, dans un environnement rural paisible entouré de palmiers et de végétation. Avec ses murs en pierre, ses trois chambres et ses belles vues sur la montagne, il offre un cadre spacieux et privé, idéal pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis.
L’extérieur est l’un des points forts : grand jardin, piscine privée et espace barbecue créent un lieu parfait pour se détendre, partager des repas en plein air ou profiter d’un verre face au paysage. Une table de ping-pong et une grande table en bois complètent les espaces de loisirs.
L’entrée est remarquable : un long hall lumineux aux plafonds élevés, arcs en pierre et poutres en bois reflète le style rustique de la maison. Sur la gauche, une chambre avec deux lits simples est très lumineuse, avec des détails en bois qui soulignent le style rustique et des fenêtres donnant sur le jardin. Sur la droite, une chambre double présente un mur en pierre et de hauts plafonds qui renforcent son charme méditerranéen.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de climatisation chaud/froid sans aucune restriction horaire. Le couloir dessert deux salles de bains – l’une avec baignoire, l’autre avec douche – décorées d’éléments en bois et de carreaux. Plus loin se trouve la cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, dotée de grands rangements. En face, la troisième chambre offre également deux lits simples.
Le salon-salle à manger combine confort et fonctionnalité, avec une grande table en bois pour les repas et des canapés bleus pour se détendre, lire ou regarder un film. Les portes vitrées apportent une belle lumière naturelle et relient l’intérieur au jardin. La propriété dispose d’un wifi gratuit.
La villa est idéalement située entre la vieille ville de Pollença et Puerto Pollença, permettant de profiter des plages, des rues historiques et de l’ambiance locale. Pollença offre boutiques, restaurants, cafés, marché hebdomadaire et églises traditionnelles. La plage de Puerto Pollença est parfaite pour se détendre ou pratiquer des sports nautiques comme le kayak, le windsurf ou le jet-ski. Une voiture est recommandée pour explorer les sentiers, les caves, les criques et les lieux emblématiques du nord de Majorque.

Wow!!! Die Finca, sowie die Betreuung durch Owl Booking waren einzigartig. Schon vor der Reise wurden wir mehrfach freundlichst angeschrieben und über alles, was man wissen muss informiert. Als wir vor Ort waren, wurde sich mehrfach per WhatsApp erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Bei Nachfragen hat sich sofort jemand gemeldet und versucht zu helfen und unterstützen. Alle waren sehr ,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Finca liegt fantastisch ruhig und hat einen sehr schönen, sauberen Pool, der mehrfach gereinigt ,und dessen Wasserqualität überprüft wurde, und einen sehr eindrucksvollen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Im Haus ist alles super sauber. Ein Reinigungsteam kommt einmal die Woche mit Vorankündigung ,reinigt die Bäder und bringt frische Handtücher. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen. Die Finca hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung, ist im mallorchinischen Stil gebaut und hat hohe Decken, sodass es nicht so heiß im Haus wird. Die Bäder sind traumhaft schön und auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das großartige Team! Besser kann man es nicht machen. Wir würden ,wenn möglich auch mehr als 5 Punkte geben! Das war mit Abstand die beste Finca,die wir auf Mallorca je gemietet haben! Danke, für die schöne Zeit ️

Wifi is very bad in the bedrooms and around the swimming pool. The only good place for WiFi is in the living room. A little upgrade on the download and upload speed would fit the price of the house. We missed the utensils for the pizza oven

You need a car to get around as it is quite remote but there are supermarkets within aplus
